As a result of the continuous struggle of the employees, the َََFederal Government has given time scale promotion to all civil servants BPS- 1 to 16

As a result of the continuous struggle of the employees Associations, the Federal Government has granted time scale promotion to all civil servants BPS- 1 to 16 and Upgradation of LDC and UDC in BPS-11 & 13 respectively with effect from 01-January 2023۔ This relief as mentioned in letter is not very beneficial for low paid Government Servants, but it is better to get something than nothing. It is further regretted to say that the Federal Government has deprived the office employees of the defense sector of this right. We demand the All Authorities of the Federal Government to grant said relief to all employees based on equality. For ALL PAKISTAN CLERKS ASSOCATION
