REQUEST FOR ISSUANCE OF OFFICE MEMORANDUM REGARDING INCENTIVE OF HIGHER GRADE ON THE BASIS OF TIME SCALE TO EMPLOYEES OF BPS 1- TO BPS-16/17-18 LIKE PRIVATE SECRETARIES, UP-GRADATION AS LIKE OF COURT EMPLOYEES.

In the light of facts mention in letter and best interest of employees/Ministerial Staff , Technical & Non-Technical Staff, it is therefore requested to higher Authorities to take necessary action by issuance necessary directions to the Authorities concerned to allow benefits of Time Scale Promotion, Up-gradation , Promotion and redress the above issues at the earliest possible, accordingly.
