OUR CONSTITUTIONAL DEMANDS UNDER ARTICLE 25
Equal Citizenship Rights - Constitution of Pakistan
1. 53% CONSOLIDATED SALARY INCREASE
We demand an immediate grant of 53% total increase by merging:
• 30% Disparity Reduction Allowance 2025 - Federal Govt
• 15% DRA in Federal Budget 2026
• Minimum 20% Adhoc Relief - Senate Standing Committee
Merge into one Differential Allowance / Adhoc Relief for all Sindh employees BPS-1 to 22.
2. ABOLISH “DEATH CLAUSE”
Amend laws to remove death conditions from Benevolent Fund & Group Insurance.
Lump sum payment must be made to the employee on retirement, not only to heirs after death.
“Employees’ constitutional right to equal pay and dignity must be granted now.”
