The Sindh Service Tribunal established under section 3 of the Sindh Service Tribunals Act, 1973 (Sindh ACT XV of 1973) promulgated vide Notification dated 5th, December 1973, to exercise jurisdiction in respect of matters relating to the terms and conditions of service of civil servants.
